Cancellation Policy
No-Call/No-Show Cancellation Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing notice (“no-call/no-show”) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total booked service amount. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
